RankPilot Local is provided as a local SEO workspace for audits, business profile data management, task tracking, Google Business Profile post planning, AI visibility checks, and report delivery.

Users are responsible for adding only business and Google Business Profile information they own or are authorized to manage.
Users must not claim, manage, edit, request access to, or represent a Google Business Profile without the business owner's express permission.
Generated audits, posts, reports, AI summaries, and recommendations are assistance tools. Users should review all outputs before making business decisions, publishing content, replying to customers, or changing business profile information.
RankPilot Local is designed to support human-reviewed local SEO workflows. It should not be used to misrepresent a business, manipulate reviews, publish misleading content, or bypass Google Business Profile policies.
RankPilot Local does not guarantee search rankings, review growth, revenue, Google Business Profile verification, Google Business Profile approval, or Google Maps placement outcomes.
Local visibility can depend on many factors outside RankPilot Local's control, including business relevance, distance, prominence, competition, customer reviews, website quality, and platform policy changes.
Google and Google Business Profile are trademarks of Google LLC. RankPilot Local is an independent software platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partner-certified by Google LLC.
If you use RankPilot Local to support another business, you are responsible for following applicable Google Business Profile policies, third-party management requirements, and any permissions required from that business.
Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account, business, and contact information inside RankPilot Local.
Users should not submit passwords, API keys, private customer records, payment details, or unnecessary sensitive data through forms, reports, feedback, or support messages.
Paid plan, cancellation, and billing terms will be shown clearly before any paid subscription is purchased.
Optional website and SEO services use a separate written scope and the Website & SEO Service Terms. Submitting an enquiry or requesting a consultation does not create a contract or confirm a project.
