RankPilot Local is provided as an SEO workspace for audits, connected search and analytics reporting, business data management, task tracking, Google Business Profile post planning, AI visibility checks, performance observations, and report delivery.

Authorized business and connected-account use

Users are responsible for adding only business information, Google Business Profile information, Google Search Console properties, Google Analytics properties, and other connected third-party accounts that they own or are authorized to access or manage.

Users must not claim, manage, edit, connect, request access to, or represent a business or third-party property without the business owner's or account owner's express permission. Users are responsible for selecting the correct Google property for the applicable RankPilot business and maintaining the permissions required by Google.

Connected Google services

Users may choose to connect Google Search Console and Google Analytics to RankPilot Local through Google OAuth. RankPilot Local requests read-only permissions for these integrations and uses them to retrieve user-authorized search and organic-performance reporting for properties explicitly selected by the user.

RankPilot Local does not use these read-only permissions to modify Google Search Console properties or Google Analytics properties, settings, events, or data. Users may disconnect an integration through RankPilot Local or revoke RankPilot Local's access through their Google Account.

Removing a selected Google property and disconnecting a Google authorization are separate actions. The product identifies when cached RankPilot data is removed and when historical cached data is retained after authorization is disconnected.

Google reporting and third-party availability

Google-provided reporting may be delayed, aggregated, adjusted, unavailable, affected by API quotas or platform changes, or differ from values shown in other Google interfaces because of reporting windows, processing, attribution, aggregation, or other provider behavior.

RankPilot Local does not guarantee continuous availability of Google APIs or third-party services, and does not guarantee that Google Search Console or Google Analytics values displayed in RankPilot Local will always exactly match every Google interface.

Assistance tools and human review

Generated audits, posts, reports, AI summaries, performance observations, and recommendations are assistance tools. Users should review all outputs before making business decisions, publishing content, replying to customers, or changing business profile information.

RankPilot Local is designed to support human-reviewed SEO workflows. It should not be used to misrepresent a business, manipulate reviews, publish misleading content, or bypass Google or other platform policies.

No guarantee of ranking, traffic, or approval

RankPilot Local does not guarantee search rankings, review growth, website traffic, conversions, revenue, Google Business Profile verification or approval, Google Maps placement, or any particular outcome from an SEO recommendation or connected performance metric.

Search visibility and business results can depend on many factors outside RankPilot Local's control, including relevance, distance, prominence, competition, demand, seasonality, customer reviews, website quality, tracking configuration, and platform policy or algorithm changes. A performance change observed after verified SEO work should not be interpreted as proof that the work alone caused the change.

Google affiliation and trademarks

Google, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Business Profile are trademarks or services of Google LLC. RankPilot Local is an independent software platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partner-certified by Google LLC unless expressly stated otherwise.

If you use RankPilot Local to support another business, you are responsible for following applicable Google policies, third-party management requirements, and any permissions required from that business or property owner.

Account, data, and security responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account, business, contact, and connected-property information inside RankPilot Local and for protecting access to their RankPilot and third-party accounts.

Users should not submit passwords, API keys, OAuth secrets, private customer records, payment details, or unnecessary sensitive data through forms, reports, feedback, or support messages.

Billing and support

Paid plan, cancellation, and billing terms will be shown clearly before any paid subscription is purchased.

Optional website and SEO services use a separate written scope and the Website & SEO Service Terms. Submitting an enquiry or requesting a consultation does not create a contract or confirm a project.
