Help us improve RankPilot Local
Allow analytics to measure public website visits and acquisition. We do not send passwords, report contents, emails, or phone numbers to GA4.
Commercial service terms
These terms explain the default commercial framework for RankPilot Local's optional hands-on services. A project-specific written proposal or agreement can add to or replace parts of this page.
Remote worldwide
Delivery is coordinated across agreed countries and time zones.
Written commercial scope
Fees, currency, milestones, and inclusions are confirmed before work starts.
No outcome guarantees
Work improves controllable foundations without promising rankings or revenue.
Submitting an enquiry or requesting a consultation does not create a contract, confirm availability, reserve delivery capacity, or commit either party to a project.
Requested consultation times remain provisional until RankPilot Local confirms them by email and, where relevant, supplies a meeting link.
RankPilot Local may decline work that is outside scope, creates legal or security risk, depends on unsupported claims, or cannot be delivered responsibly with the information available.
Paid work begins only after a written scope, deliverables, responsibilities, timeline assumptions, fees, currency, payment milestones, and acceptance process are agreed.
Anything not listed in the written scope is excluded unless both parties approve a written change. Additional pages, locations, integrations, content, revisions, or support can require a revised fee and timeline.
Quotes and invoices state the billing currency. RankPilot Local may quote in INR, USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, or another agreed currency supported by the invoicing method.
Bank, card, payment-provider, foreign-exchange, withholding-tax, VAT, GST, sales-tax, or similar charges are handled as stated in the written scope or invoice. Customers are responsible for taxes legally payable by them unless the invoice explicitly states otherwise.
RankPilot Local does not request or store card numbers, CVV, online-banking passwords, or payment authentication details. Payments are completed through the stated provider or bank instructions.
A deposit or advance milestone may be required before work is scheduled. Larger projects may use staged payments tied to agreed delivery checkpoints.
Work, launch, handover, or access transfer may be paused while an agreed payment is overdue. Any late-payment terms must be stated in the written proposal or invoice.
The customer must provide accurate business information, authorised content, lawful claims, required access, and timely decisions from an authorised representative.
Customers must not send passwords, API keys, card details, or private customer records through public forms or ordinary email. Secure access is requested only when an approved scope requires it.
Delays in content, access, approvals, feedback, or third-party decisions can move the delivery timeline.
Domains, hosting, premium software, plugins, stock media, advertising, payment providers, Google products, analytics platforms, and other third-party services are governed by their own terms and availability.
Third-party fees are separate unless explicitly included. RankPilot Local is not responsible for a third party changing, rejecting, suspending, or discontinuing its service.
Website and SEO work can improve controllable foundations, clarity, crawlability, content, local signals, measurement, and execution. It cannot guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, sales, revenue, profile approval, reviews, AI citations, or a particular timeframe for results.
Search engines, AI systems, competitors, markets, customer behaviour, website authority, reviews, and third-party platforms remain outside RankPilot Local's direct control.
Revision limits, cancellation rights, rescheduling, non-refundable work, and refund eligibility are defined in the written scope and the applicable Refund Policy.
Completed discovery, strategy, design, development, analysis, purchased third-party items, or work already performed may remain chargeable after cancellation.
Ownership of final approved deliverables, source files, repositories, licences, credentials, reusable components, and pre-existing materials is defined in the written scope.
Third-party licences and open-source software remain subject to their own terms. Full handover may depend on payment of all agreed invoices.
Services are delivered remotely from India to eligible customers worldwide. Working hours, response expectations, meeting times, language, invoicing currency, and legal requirements can vary by country and are agreed during scoping.
The customer is responsible for confirming that purchasing and using the service is lawful in their jurisdiction and for obtaining local legal, tax, accessibility, privacy, or industry-specific advice where required.
