We may collect your name, email address, business name, business category, website URL, phone number, target location, services, keywords, competitors, manually entered Google Business Profile link, audit inputs, generated reports, task history, feedback messages, service enquiries, requested consultation times, country, time zone, project stage, indicative budget band, commercial status, and product activity needed to operate the workspace and optional services.

Email recipients are used only for report delivery and product notifications chosen by the user. Service enquiry information is used to assess fit, arrange consultations, prepare scopes or invoices, and communicate about the requested work. We do not sell user data.

With your analytics consent, the public website may use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits, sessions, landing pages, and broad acquisition channels. RankPilot Local does not send passwords, report contents, email addresses, phone numbers, or private dashboard content to GA4.

For consented new signups, RankPilot Local may save a first-touch source, medium, campaign, external referrer path, and landing-page path so the owner can understand signup conversion. Existing accounts without this data are reported as unattributed.

Stripe or Razorpay may process payment credentials on their hosted or provider-controlled checkout experiences. RankPilot Local does not store full card, bank, or UPI credentials.

Verified provider webhooks may store subscription identifiers, plan, status, billing interval, currency, payment amount, refund amount, and payment timestamps for billing support, MRR, revenue, and churn reporting.

Business and local SEO data is used to create readiness audits, recommendations, weekly reports, Google Business Profile post drafts, AI-assisted summaries, and task plans.

RankPilot Local is a decision-support workspace. Users should review recommendations before making business, website, or profile changes.

RankPilot Local currently supports manual Google Business Profile workflows. Users may manually add their Google Business Profile link and business details for audits, reporting, and task planning.

If Google Business Profile API access is enabled in the future, RankPilot Local will request Google OAuth permission before accessing profile, account, location, review, post, performance, or related business data.

We will use Google data only to provide user-requested audits, reports, task planning, post draft workflows, and profile management features inside RankPilot Local.

When OAuth-based access is available, tokens will be stored securely and used only to keep the authorized user-requested integration working.

RankPilot Local will not sell Google user data, use it for unrelated advertising, or transfer it except as necessary to provide the product features requested by the user, comply with law, or protect the service.

Users will be able to revoke Google access from their Google Account permissions page. When product integration controls are available, users will also be able to disconnect Google access from RankPilot Local.

Users may request deletion of account data, business data, reports, feedback, or future synced Google Business Profile data by contacting RankPilot Local support.

RankPilot Local may generate AI-assisted recommendations, summaries, and draft content. These outputs are intended for human review before publishing or acting on them.

RankPilot Local does not guarantee rankings, Google Business Profile approval, review growth, traffic, revenue, or Google Maps placement outcomes.

We retain account and business workspace data while the account is active or as needed to provide the service, resolve support requests, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect account and business data. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should avoid submitting passwords, API keys, private customer records, payment data, or unnecessary sensitive information through forms or feedback fields.
